Northwest Primary School

All parent traffic enters through drive C which is an entrance only drive.

• Parents dropping off students to Stinson take the left lane only.
• Parents dropping off at the Primary will take the right lane. Stinson parents will drop off on the sidewalk in front of Stinson and then exit out drive D.

Parent Drop-Off

Primary parents will drop off in front of door B and exit out of drive B which is an exit only drive. Simply drive up to staff members on the sidewalk in front of door B and drop your child off. 

• If you have a Stinson student and a Primary student to drop off in the morning, drop off at Stinson first, exit out drive D and then enter drive C again to drop off at the Primary. Staff will be available to assist drivers with any questions. 

Parent Pickup
Parent pickup will follow the same traffic pattern.

• Parents will give name of their student to a staff member, while in line, and the student will be waiting on the sidewalk when the parent pulls up.

Please note that parents that pick up their students everyday will need to fill out a Parent Pick-up form.

First and Second Grade Information

Classroom Assignment and Open House Information: 

• 1st and 2nd grade students will have access to the Home Access Center (HAC) to find their assigned teacher on August 8, 2025 at 6 pm.
• 1st and 2nd grade will have an open house on Monday August 18th from 5:30pm-6:30pm to meet their teacher and bring in their school supplies.

Phase-In Schedule for 1st and 2nd graders

• Students with the last name that begins with A-L only will report on Wednesday August 20, 2025
• Students with the last name that begins with M-Z only will report on Thursday August 21, 2025
• All 1st and 2nd graders will report on Thursday August 22, 2025 

Kindergarten Information

Screening Information: 

• Kindergarten screening will take place on August 20, 21, and 22, 2025.
• Kindergarteners with last names beginning A-G will report Wednesday August 20th all day.
• Kindergarteners with last names that begin with H-P will report on Thursday Aug. 21st all day.
• Kindergarteners with last names that begin with Q-Z will report on Friday, August 22nd all day.

Classroom Assignments and Open House Information

• On Friday, August 22nd at 6pm the class lists will be posted on Home Access Center
• Open House for Kindergarten will be held on Monday, August 26, 2025 from 6:00 – 7:00 pm

Kindergarten Phase – In Schedule

• Monday,  August 26^th  the Kindergarteners will not report to school on this day as teachers prepare their classrooms and items for the students.
• We will then phase in the students on Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Kindergarteners with the last name A-L only will report on Tuesday, August 27th.
  • Kindergarteners with the last name M-Z only will report on Wednesday, August 28th.
  • All Kindergarten students will report on Thursday August 29th.
